With the summer equinox having finally arrived, I thought it was an important time to talk about some things. Summer comes with sunshine, smoke (hopefully from campfires), humidity, sweat, dirt, sand, seawater, and delicious sugary drinks/treats all over our faces! Sun Protection:
When it comes to sun protection, there are two very important products: sunscreen and Vitamin C.
