Get yourself scheduled for a member's only facial using our appointment request form to the right. You will be prompted to sign into your MindBody account if you are not already.

If you are not currently enrolled as a Bellini's Facial Member, you will be signed up at the time of your appointment.

Does my Member’s Facial expire at the end of the month?

Not at all! If you are unable to use a facial within its month of payment, it will roll over to next month. This does not, however, exempt that following month from payment. We understand life happens, so any facials accrued are available for use within 12 months after payment.

I missed a month!

We do believe consistency is key for skin care, so we recommend scheduling two facials within the month following a missed month in order to get your skin care back on track! 

Is there a fee if I decide to terminate my membership?

There is no fee for canceling your membership. We do ask for a 2 week notice prior to the first of each month if you require any changes or would like to cancel. This timeframe allows us to ensure your request can be processed effectively. 

How do I complete payment for my membership?

All memberships will be on an AutoPay schedule, effective 24 hours after submission of  the first payment. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  and Discover. The monthly charge for the Bellini’s Membership starts at $110.00. 

Is my credit card information securely stored?

The software used by Bellini’s employs an automatic encryption of billing information,  which is then protected by the highest level Firewall available to the industry. We are  only able to see the last four digits of the card number and the expiration date for the  purpose of reference.
