About these essential oils:

Bergamot: A wonderful antidepressant. Great for anxiety and room cleansing/disinfection. Calming. Refreshing and uplifting. 

Cardamom: Stimulates the heart and brings mental clarity and joy. Great to stimulate immune system and uplift emotions.

Clary Sage: This balancing fragrance provides clarity and empowerment. It is heavily associated with feminine energy and relieving PMS-related symptoms. For when you feel off-balance, depressed, or exhausted.

Cumin (seed): Aids digestion and stimulates blood flow. Anti-spasmatic and aphrodisiac. 

Cypriol:  Relieves stress and eases respiratory problems. Promotes peace of mind and encourages a calm and restful sleep.

Lavandin:  A sister plant to lavender, lavandin has similar regenerative effects, as well as being relaxing for the mind and muscle tensions.

Myrrh: One of the oldest essential oils. Used to maintain and support inner grace. Encourages speaking your feelings. Creates confidence and awareness. 

Nutmeg: For general weakness, mental fatigue, and digestion issues. Antiviral, analgesic and therapeutic for nerves. Stimulates brain activity while maintaining calm strength. Grounding.
